1. Independent Service Provider
PrinterFix Pro is an independent third-party technical service company. We are in no way affiliated with, authorized by, officially connected to, or sponsored by any printer manufacturer, including but not limited to: HP Inc., Canon Inc., Seiko Epson Corporation, Brother Industries Ltd., Lexmark International, Samsung, Ricoh, or any other brand.
All brand names, product names, and trademarks mentioned or referenced on this website are the sole property of their respective owners. References to specific brands are made solely to identify the types of products our independent technicians are trained to service.
Customers are advised that free manufacturer warranty support may be available directly from the printer brand. Our services are independent and charged at a fee.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By calling our service line, visiting our website, or engaging our services in any way, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- Understand that PrinterFix Pro is an independent third-party service provider
- Agree to pay the applicable service fee as quoted before service begins
3. Services Provided
PrinterFix Pro provides independent technical assistance including, but not limited to:
- Printer setup and installation (wired and wireless)
- Driver installation, update, and removal
- Network printer configuration and troubleshooting
- Printer offline diagnosis and resolution
- Print quality troubleshooting
- New printer hardware setup and configuration
Services may be delivered remotely (via screen-sharing software) or on-site, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
4. Service Fees & Payment
Our service fees are quoted upfront before any work begins. By proceeding with the service, you agree to pay the quoted fee. Payment is due upon completion of the service session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Published pricing supersedes any previously quoted amounts unless a written confirmation has been provided.
5. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee
If our technician is unable to resolve your stated printer issue, you will not be charged for that session. This guarantee applies to the specific issue described at the start of the service call. It does not apply if:
- The issue is resolved but a new, unrelated issue is raised
- The customer's hardware is physically damaged or defective beyond software repair
- The customer cancels the session before resolution is attempted
6. Remote Access Consent
For remote service sessions, you grant our technician temporary, session-only access to your device. You understand and agree that:
- You can view and terminate the session at any time
- Access is strictly limited to printer-related troubleshooting
- You should close or minimize sensitive applications before the session begins
- We do not access, copy, or retain your personal files
7. Limitation of Liability
PrinterFix Pro provides services on a best-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any data loss, hardware damage, or software issues arising from our service beyond the refund of the service fee paid
- We are not responsible for issues caused by outdated hardware, incompatible software, or pre-existing conditions
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service session in question
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all issues will be resolved. Results may vary based on the condition of your hardware and software environment.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of PrinterFix Pro unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable US law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
